“I read an article recently with statistics stating that over 400,000 people are suffering from depression, suicide and addiction. After reading that I knew I needed to do something. That’s when I came up with the idea for a meditation series and I reached out to Dina. I felt it was so important, especially during these times. After that, together we decided to do a Wellness Day for the community as a way to bring people together for connecting, empowerment and healing while sharing their skills.”
